Responsibilities

Develop and implement new features based on product requirements, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards
Complete system and database design in alignment with company standards
Write relevant technical documentation as required
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise within projects, focusing on system performance optimization
Regularly summarize and share experiences and results gained from work
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with team members

Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development
Proficient in Java programming, with a good understanding of JVM principles; experience in JVM performance tuning is a plus
Familiarity with popular open-source frameworks, such as Spring Boot, MyBatis, Spring Cloud, and Dubbo
Knowledge of database design and development, with proficiency in MySQL and strong SQL writing and optimization skills
Experience in the finance sector or with large internet companies is highly preferred
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must

薪资50-70K RMB 月薪
